The chimneys using natural gas or liquid fuel are determined based on the hourly calorific value of the boiler (kcal/h) meeting the buildings heating needs. This calculation considers the type of fuel used and the operational mode of the boiler (atmospheric blow-through burner, solid fuel non-counter pressure). The diameter of the chimney is computed in accordance with the energy management regulations and calculation methods specified by the gas utility company in the area. The production is carried out based on this calculated diameter, and installation is executed to minimize friction, using either a single-walled structure from inside the building or a double-walled structure from outside the building. After installation, each stainless steel chimney is connected to drainage, ensuring a link to the wastewater drain.

General Information
If acidic water (Carbonic Acid) as a result of condensation in the Stainless Chimneys comes out of the chimney, it damages the concrete structure of the building significantly, as it has a decomposition feature. For this, the sealing must be at the lowest level. After the horizontal connection of the chimneys is made from the back of the boiler, it is necessary and obligatory to make a grounding line, as in the specification of EMRA. In this way, the chimney made of chrome will not be damaged by natural events such as lightning and will be thrown directly to the ground without contacting the fuel.
Steel chimney Chimneys made of 316 L stainless steel have become mandatory for devices using natural gas by EMRA decisions.
The raw material, which is cut from stainless chrome rolls into circles, is then subjected to bending and sewing processes and connected to each other with a bell-shaped transition to ensure a complete sealing.
It is very important in terms of flexibility and permeability that the material used in the production of steel chimneys is 316 and especially L quality.

Pipe Module
The product, produced with Gözütok's superior cord press technology, forms the main body of the chimney. Each module is mounted on the chimney by calculating the height of the building. Again, each module is designed to carry the entire chimney on its own and its strength has been increased with special press technology. Gözütok's special sealing clamps are used in assembly.
